Residential Cabinet Sales & Design Manager
Remmert & Company is seeking an experienced Residential Cabinet Sales & Design Manager who can guide projects from initial conversations to final installations. The role involves building and managing relationships with clients, overseeing cabinetry layouts, and ensuring timely communication throughout the project lifecycle.
Responsibilities
Build and manage relationships with homeowners, builders, remodelers, architects, and designers
Lead client meetings, present cabinetry solutions, and close residential sales
Oversee kitchen and bath cabinetry layouts, selections, and specifications
Prepare estimates and proposals while maintaining margin targets
Coordinate delivery and installation schedules with internal teams and installers
Communicate clearly with clients on timelines, changes, and expectations
Assist with punch items, field issues, and warranty follow-up when needed
Qualification
Required
3–5+ years of experience in residential cabinet sales and/or kitchen & bath design
Strong knowledge of cabinetry, layouts, finishes, and installation processes
Experience selling directly to homeowners and residential builders
Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple projects
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Preferred
Design education or formal training
