Responsibilities
Operate and maintain industrial utility systems, including:
HVAC systems
Clean and grey utilities
Steam generation systems
Boilers, chillers, and cooling towers
Bulk gas and bulk chemical systems
Process and water treatment systems
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure safe and reliable operation
Monitor boiler water quality and perform corrective actions, including chemical treatment to prevent corrosion and scaling
Observe and interpret readings from gauges, meters, alarms, and Building Automation Systems (BAS)
Transition systems between automatic and manual operation as required
Safely isolate equipment electrically and mechanically for maintenance activities
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, safety checks, and test results
Coordinate with vendors, equipment manufacturers, and technical specialists to resolve equipment or system issues
Qualification
Required
