Responsibilities

Lead the execution of Separation Plan Management (SMP) transition activities at the site level, ensuring alignment with overall program strategy and timelines
Act as the primary multi-site point of contact for all SMP-related transition efforts
Coordinate with site leadership, engineering, operations, supply chain, quality, and EHS teams to ensure readiness and support for transition activities
Track and manage site-specific milestones, deliverables, and risks; escalate issues as needed to ensure resolution and program continuity
Facilitate site-based planning sessions, technical reviews, and readiness assessments to ensure all functional areas are prepared for transition execution
Ensure all data, documentation, and assets are prepared in accordance with contractual obligations, program requirements, and customer expectations
Support the transfer of products, processes, and knowledge to receiving sites, while minimizing disruption to site operations and customer commitments
Maintain clear and accurate site-level documentation, trackers, and status reports to support visibility and transparency across stakeholders
Provide regular updates to central PMO and executive leadership on site readiness, risk status, and critical path activities
Champion adherence to safety, compliance, and quality standards throughout the transition process
Support onsite visits, audits, or meetings related to the SMP transition, including interactions with internal and external stakeholders
Travel up to 25% may be required to support regional or program-wide coordination efforts

Required

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience
Working experience within Program Management, Product Support, or similar field

Preferred

Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline
Experience supporting manufacturing operations and supply chain environments
Experience with Aftermarket or MRO operations, including repair, overhaul, or service environments
Experience supporting Collins products or similar aerospace control systems
Prior experience supporting site transitions, or large-scale operational transformations
Strong executive communication, presentation, risk management, and cross-functional leadership skills
Willingness and flexibility to occasionally adjust work hours to support customers in different time zones
