The COO/CFO will partner closely with the CEO to lead operations, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR, and vendor management, driving operational excellence and financial performance across multiple sites.

Responsibilities
Lead operations, finance, revenue cycle, IT, HR and vendor management
Work closely with the leadership team to drive operational excellence, financial performance and scalable growth across multiple sites
Strengthen systems, improve processes and build financial know-how across the sites to support continued growth
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in multi-site healthcare (or adjacent industry) environment
3+ years of experience in operational and financial executive leadership roles
Track record of leading successful transitions to new enterprise systems (EHR, HRIS, CRM, etc.)
Demonstrated understanding of Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement structures and compliance requirements in behavioral health or similar sectors, including direct experience with payor negotiations and claims management
Experience with vendor contracting and lease management
Demonstrated mission-alignment with a purpose driven style
Culture builder and collaboration orientation
Preferred
Experience in a PE-invested environment and participating in M&A activity highly preferred
