Design, analyze, test, and troubleshoot mechanical and electro-mechanical systems
Serve as Project/Cognizant Engineer for assigned projects
Perform drawing checks and ensure compliance with ANSI Y14.5
Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers
Qualification
Required
BSME required; Master's preferred
5–7+ years of experience in mechanical/electro-mechanical system design
Hands-on testing and hardware experience required
Strong knowledge of heat transfer and fluid dynamics
Military or aerospace industry experience required
Understanding of military specifications and project engineering principles
Preferred
Experience with hydraulics, controls, basic electronics, and servo mechanisms preferred
Strong communication and presentation skills
Ability to meet cost, schedule, and technical requirements
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work under tight deadlines
