Responsibilities
Design, integrate, and improve process control systems to increase rates, yield, and quality
Lead capital and process-improvement projects, including $1M+ scopes, from concept through commissioning
Develop and support Allen-Bradley PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and instrumentation
Use historian and production data to identify and scope improvement opportunities
Partner closely with operations and maintenance to implement practical, sustainable solutions
Manage project budgets, schedules, documentation, and contractor resources
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company standards
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent
3–5+ years experience in manufacturing or process environments
Strong experience with Allen-Bradley ControlLogix, Ethernet/IP, HMIs, VFDs
Knowledge of power distribution (480V), switchgear, and industrial controls
Preferred
Experience in solids handling, drying, milling, or mining environments a plus
Project management experience or certification preferred
