Business Development Representative
shiftNOW connects hospitality businesses with skilled hourly workers through flexible, on-demand staffing solutions. As a Business Development Representative, you will own the top of the sales funnel, identifying and engaging high-potential hospitality accounts to drive new business growth.
Responsibilities
Research and identify high-fit hospitality accounts (restaurants, hotels, hospitality groups)
Execute consistent outbound outreach via cold calls, email, and LinkedIn
Qualify prospects to ensure high-quality, sales-ready meetings
Maintain accurate activity and lead data in HubSpot (CRM)
Collaborate closely with the sales team to improve outreach strategy and results
Qualification
Required
Experience with high-volume outbound sales or lead generation
Confidence and enthusiasm for cold calling
Strong communication and organizational skills
CRM experience, specifically HubSpot, preferred
Hospitality industry experience is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
