Associate Brand Manager
Confidential company is seeking an Associate Brand Manager to drive innovation-led growth across brands within the homecare category. The ABM will lead the innovation pipeline, support brand development, and identify growth opportunities while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovation projects on time and in full (OTIF)
Secure stakeholder alignment new product launches across three brands
Contribute to the development and execution of innovation plans that drive sustainable sales and profitability
Ensure innovation efforts align with overall business and category goals
Leverage consumer and customer insights to inform innovation direction and execution
Identify trade needs and facilitate speed-to-market for new products, programs, and service
Qualification
Required
2-5 years of experience in innovation, preferably in a CPG environment
Bachelor's degree from an accredited university
Strong analytical skills with financial and commercial acumen
Strong project management and organizational skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, global environment and manage multiple priorities
Self-motivated, adaptable, and proactive in problem-solving
Data driven mindset
Excellent communication, presentation, and networking abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred
MBA preferred
Experience in Nielsen/Circana/Numerator is a plus
