Responsibilities
Part of a multi-discipline Integrated Product Team [IPT] to establish repair design requirements and ensure repairs are safe, durable, and meet the quality requirements of the Original Engineering Manufactured [OEM] parts
Assist in researching operating environments, functionality of components, their interactions with mating parts, and develop repair strategies which will return damaged parts back to service
Assist in creating technical documents that will provide engineering requirements for repairs, including a high level sequence of operations forming the basis for manufacturing operation sheets
Participate in the prototyping of new repairs as needed
Qualification
Required
Enrolled in a degree program in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Minimum Cumulative GPA of 3.0
Preferred
Experience in Siemens NX or equivalent 3D modeling software
Available for multiple terms including April – June and October- December
