Investment Operations Coordinator
Bradley Wealth is a leading independent wealth management firm that focuses on providing financial planning and investment management solutions. The Investment Operations Coordinator will enhance the efficiency of the Wealth Planning and Investment Advisory businesses, ensuring service quality and effective communication while managing various operational responsibilities.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies
Works closely with the CEO and associates to ensure organizational and procedural objectives are met
Facilitate day-to-day operations for the Advisory, Financial Planning, and Portfolio Management Team
Ensure end to end operational delivery and provide detailed measures and reports as well as on-demand updates
Communicate operations strategy, performance and priorities, operations-related policies, practices, standards, and security measures to ensure effective and consistent support and execution
Assist the CEO with alternative investment admittance
Assisting with new client onboarding
Responsible for handling all incoming, outgoing, and internal money movement
Responsible for handling all Insurance related tasks from start to finish. Including illustration design, application, and underwriting requirements
Must be able to work closely with firm’s vendors and partners
Ensure that company policies are followed and communicate new policies, procedures, and best practices to staff
Participate in office planning processes with the Leadership Team and assist with company-wide functions, such as weekly Level 10 preparation and Quarterly Offsite meetings
Assist with the annual AUM and revenue tracking, including working with the CEO to determine firm goal execution
Responsible for the organization and maintenance of the firm’s client document center (NetDocuments)
Provide administrative and production support including typing correspondence (letters, memos, reports), mailings, handling client phone calls, etc

Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree required
2-4 years' experience in financial services industry
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle several projects simultaneously
Superior organizational skills
Excellent interpersonal skills
Displays thorough and ongoing follow-up, seeing tasks through to completion
Excellent attitude and an extraordinary client service orientation
Superior phone skills—friendly and helpful in all interactions on the phone
Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task
Professional demeanor
Must have ability to interface effectively with all levels of personnel
Must be comfortable working at a varying pace, managing multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously, adjusting priorities often as well as work schedule
Expert proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
Proactive problem solving and critical thinking skills are required with ability to follow through to resolution in a timely manner
Excellent client service skills with a strong focus on quality control
Excellent communications skills both written and verbal are required
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Ability to prioritize tasks and work to tight deadlines
Strong attention to detail is required
Preferred
Series 65 license is preferred
Experience with Orion and MoneyGuidePro
