Responsibilities
Portfolio Management - Monitors portfolio for completeness of reporting, accuracy of credit grading, and risk of potential exposures
Manages assigned portfolio as per loan servicing requirements including but not limited to loan reporting, borrower requests, and loan extensions / modifications. Additional responsibilities may include underwriting efforts associated with loan refinancings, amendments and/or interest rate hedges
Client Service - Maintains ongoing communication and contact with assigned Medical Office clients and syndicate lenders. Fortifies relationships and monitors client satisfaction
Collections - Monitors loans for payment status. Works with delinquent clients to collect past due payments
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree and 6 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting OR High School Diploma or GED and 10 years of experience in Credit Analysis, Credit Underwriting
Preferred
Bachelor's Degree and 4 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate Finance; Medical Office, Retail, and/or Industrial Property Types; Debt or Equity Investment Analysis
