Responsibilities
Handle Lemon Law defense matters from inception through resolution
Participate in trials, arbitrations, depositions, and hearings
Draft and argue motions; manage discovery and case strategy
Attend court appearances, vehicle inspections, and client meetings throughout California as required
Collaborate with a seasoned team of trial attorneys
Qualification
Required
Active California Bar license (required)
1+ year of civil litigation experience
Experience in defending auto manufacturers in product warranty / Lemon Law litigation
Trial experience as First Chair or Second Chair, or strong litigation experience for associate-level candidates
Excellent legal writing, research, and advocacy skills
Preferred
Experience with California state and federal courts and arbitration
