Responsibilities
Define and execute the strategic vision for promotions customer experience on Cart and Checkout surfaces worldwide
Lead the technical product roadmap for displaying promotional savings across the store
Drive cross-functional collaboration between engineering, design, finance, and retail teams to deliver seamless promotional experiences
Own key performance metrics and strategic objectives for promotion adoption and business growth
Transform complex technical and business challenges into elegant, scalable solutions that serve millions of customers globally
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree
Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product
Experience managing technical products or online services
Experience in representing and advocating for a variety of critical customers and stakeholders during executive-level prioritization and planning
Preferred
Experience in using analytical tools, such as Tableau, Qlikview, QuickSight
4+ years of customer-facing product development and product management, including defining, launching, and optimizing product and services experience
