Responsibilities
Define product vision, goals, and roadmap aligned with business needs
Manage and prioritize backlog of user stories, epics, and features
Facilitate grooming, sprint planning, and execution with development teams
Act as primary contact for stakeholders; conduct demos and gather feedback
Set acceptance criteria, review deliverables, and ensure quality outcomes
Coordinate release planning and deployment, and monitor post-release performance
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's/Master's in IT, CS, Business, Finance, or related field
5+ years in product ownership/software development within financial services
Strong Agile/Scrum experience; CSPO preferred
Skilled in backlog management, sprint planning, and stakeholder communication
Proficiency with Jira, MS Project, Azure DevOps
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Knowledge of financial services processes/regulations
Excellent communication and presentation abilities
Flexible to travel and hybrid work environment
