Responsibilities

Sell ad space in our newly launched B2B newsletters to new and existing clients
Own the full sales cycle: prospect, pitch, close, and grow accounts
Build a deep understanding of each newsletter’s audience to position it effectively
Identify high-fit advertisers and develop tailored proposals that align with their marketing goals
Collaborate with internal teams (Client Success, Marketing, Editorial) to ensure smooth campaign execution and renewals
Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets
Stay informed on industry trends and use insights to shape your sales strategy
Grow accounts into broader, multi-product partnerships across TA's full media and demand gen ecosystem

Qualification

Required

2+ years of experience in media sales, digital advertising, or newsletter sponsorships
Track record of hitting or exceeding sales targets
Excellent communicator with a knack for relationship-building

Passion for newsletters, digital media, and helping clients win
Strategic thinker who understands how to sell based on audience alignment and campaign objectives
Agile professional who thrives on continuously pivoting strategies to drive business needs forward
