Responsibilities
Assist with month‑end close activities related to Accounts Receivable
Prepare and present AR aging, collections metrics, and related reporting to leadership
Monitor AR aging to identify at‑risk accounts and proactively address delinquencies
Leverage automation and AI tools to enhance collections efficiency and performance
Drive collections efforts through consistent follow‑up, communication management, and reduction of DSO
Support and improve billing activities, including subscription and contract‑based invoicing
Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Operations to resolve billing and collections issues
Build, document, and maintain scalable AR processes, policies, and controls suited for a high‑growth SaaS environment
Own and continuously improve invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute‑resolution workflows
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Accounts Receivable, or related finance roles
Hands‑on experience supporting SaaS revenue operations and subscription‑based billing
Background working in a startup or high‑growth organization with evolving processes
Demonstrated ability to improve DSO, collections metrics, and AR operational KPIs at scale
Experience using AI‑powered or automated collections platforms (strong preference), including tools such as Tesorio, HighRadius, Upflow, Chaser, or YayPay
Ability to support audits and maintain compliance with internal controls and revenue recognition policies
Strong Excel skills, analytical thinking, and comfort working with financial data
Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and process‑improvement skills
