TBN Talent is a digital talent agency founded in 2020, representing creators in various lifestyle sectors including fashion and beauty. They are seeking an experienced Associate Talent Manager / Senior Talent Coordinator to identify and manage talent, develop brand relationships, and optimize revenue opportunities for their roster.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Identify, source and sign new talent within the Fashion & Beauty verticals
Organize talent’s calendar and communicate campaign guidelines effectively
Help road map our roster’s long term career goals, advising them on brand and content strategy
Handle all talent’s brand relationships and ensure all agreements are favorable
Ideate, develop and propose opportunities for talent to grow their streams of revenue
Facilitate broader conversations with brands to optimize the larger TBN Talent roster
Proactively source and pitch branded opportunities aligned with talent goals
Research brand and agency contacts for influencer outreach via LinkedIn, social platforms, etc
Maintain and update a master contact grid with brand / agency partners
Monitor the influencer marketing landscape to identify paid opportunities

Required

2-4 years of experience in influencer talent management, preferably within the Fashion & Beauty verticals
Proven track record of managing influencers and brand campaigns
Deep understanding of influencer marketing, brand strategy, and digital platforms, including Shop.My and LTK, among others
Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage multiple personalities and projects
Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite/Monday
