Responsibilities
Structure complex financial transactions to optimize tax outcomes and ensure full compliance
Advise on tax aspects of M&A, financing, private equity, capital markets, and reorganizations
Negotiate, draft transactional documents, and prepare tax opinions
Serve as a trusted advisor to internal teams and external clients across offices
Mentor and lead junior attorneys within the tax practice
Qualification
Required
Minimum 10 years of transactional tax experience handling complex corporate matters
Deep knowledge of federal, state, and local tax laws
Strong expertise in partnership, corporate, and international tax
Preferred
Experience in private equity, cross-border, or real estate tax preferred
LL.M. in Tax preferred and active bar admission in the attorney's base state
