HR & Admin Manager
thehelmaba98 is seeking a detail-oriented and organized HR & Admin Manager to support their growing ABA practice. This role oversees key HR functions, administrative systems, and compliance to ensure smooth operations and high-level employee support.

Responsibilities
Maintain and manage HR systems, including payroll processing and personnel documentation platforms, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity
Administer employee benefits programs, manage leave tracking, and coordinate workers’ compensation claims
Ensure organizational compliance with federal and Texas employment laws as well as internal policies
Lead end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure smooth transitions and a positive "first impression" for new hires
Train and support the clinic leadership team on HR guidelines, employee relations, and effective supervision practices
Provide general administrative support to the HQ leadership team to contribute to efficient internal operations
Manage HQ-level administrative tasks, including document management, meeting coordination, and central record-keeping
Act as a central point of contact for HR-related inquiries, ensuring a bridge between HQ and our various clinic locations
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of HR or administrative management experience
Strong understanding of benefits administration, workers' comp protocols, and HR compliance standards
High level of comfort working with HRIS, payroll platforms, and modern administrative software
Strong communication
Exceptional organizational skills
High degree of attention to detail
Preferred
Prior experience in a healthcare or ABA setting
