Responsibilities
Lead Agile delivery for a cross-functional platform pod supporting enterprise data and analytics initiatives
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, dependency management, and continuous improvement practices to accelerate value delivery
Partner with Product and Engineering leaders to translate complex initiatives into executable roadmaps and delivery plans
Act as a servant leader to product, design, engineering, and data teams, driving alignment across technical and business stakeholders
Remove delivery blockers, surface risks early, and ensure clear communication across leadership, platform teams, and business partners
Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, and prioritization with a focus on business outcomes and user value
Operate comfortably in highly technical discussions involving cloud platforms, APIs, microservices, data pipelines, and enterprise integrations
Help teams navigate architectural dependencies and delivery tradeoffs in large, distributed systems
Ensure Agile practices scale effectively in complex, multi-team environments
Champion continuous improvement, pragmatic Agile adoption, and outcome-driven metrics
Support organizational change by enabling adoption of new platforms, workflows, and operating models
Foster a culture of transparency, accountability, and high performance
Qualification
Required
5+ years as a Scrum Master or Agile Lead in enterprise, technology-driven environments
Strong experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira, Confluence)
Proven ability to lead delivery for cloud-based, data-intensive, and highly integrated platforms (AWS, microservices, APIs, analytics, or similar)
Exceptional facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence across senior technical and business leadership
Background supporting large transformation programs, platform modernization, or enterprise system implementations
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field
Preferred
Experience in data platforms, analytics, financial systems, or regulated environments strongly preferred
Agile certification (CSM, SAFe), PMP, or similar credentials a plus
Master's degree preferred
