Responsibilities

Aid in creating, developing, and maintaining reports and dashboards in Salesforce, Tableau, Knime/DAAI and other BI tools for sales teams
Extract and manipulate data from many different sources and produce meaningful and actionable reporting as defined by sales management
Participate throughout the development cycle of projects, identifying requirements, working with IT partners, testing, validating, and deploying analytical solutions, including visualizations, predictive models, and algorithms
Support ad hoc analyses, reporting, and presentations
Handle monthly reporting tasks for the sales organizations and management
Support sales teams in set up of default sales credit across SAP systems
Identify and lead in data cleansing projects
Oversee data quality in Salesforce as it relates to accounts, contacts, and opportunities to ensure the integrity of reporting and analysis
Provide recommendations to standardize, enhance, and simplify database, reports, and analysis

Required

Strong systems/process orientation with demonstrated analytical thinking, organization skills and problem-solving skills with understanding of data mining techniques across platforms
2+ years experience developing reports and dashboards using industry standard tools (i.e. Excel, Salesforce, Tableau and other BI tools)
Thrives in a rapidly evolving environment and quickly grasp new concepts by demonstrating and applying knowledge of these tasks timely and accurately
Ability to multitask and prioritize based on company goals, impact and urgency
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship
