Responsibilities
Own the portfolio outcomes: Drive measurable impact across a suite of AI transformation initiatives, overseeing portfolio budgets, defining resources and costs to meet objectives, and securing leadership alignment on investment decisions. Serve as the key point of accountability for performance, ROI, and subsequent investments
Shape strategy with clients: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to understand customer needs, frame problems, co-design solutions, and translate those insights into a clear portfolio strategy that identifies where we can unlock value
Guide execution and decisions: Establish operating rhythms, decision frameworks, and delivery practices that enable your teams to execute effectively. Evaluate trade-offs across initiatives using data, P&L impact, feasibility, and sequencing to determine where to focus and how to allocate resources, objectively assessing the ongoing strategy and operating model
Develop leaders: Lead and develop a highly accountable team of product managers by working hands-on with them, providing direct guidance on their work, and supporting their growth as leaders
Anticipate and foster innovation: Bring a forward-looking perspective on emerging technologies and AI/ML capabilities, understanding how they may reshape customer needs and solution approaches. Promote a culture of experimentation, supporting teams as they explore and deliver innovative ideas, with you leading by example
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success leading new products from zero to launch, shaping the vision, setting direction, and driving execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Experience managing and growing product managers, providing hands-on coaching, setting performance expectations, and building a high-performing, accountable team
Experience bringing products to market in environments involving clients, B2B partners, or internal teams, aligning roadmaps, managing integrations, and ensuring successful delivery across organizational boundaries
You have been in the code, run analyses, and optimized real-world AI systems, which enables you to lead from a place of practical experience rather than abstraction
You bring an entrepreneurial mindset paired with strong commercial instincts, identifying where value can be unlocked across the portfolio and shaping strategic bets that meaningfully advance customer and business outcomes
You understand how teams, workflows, incentives, and technology interact across an organization, enabling you to diagnose bottlenecks, redesign processes, and scale patterns that drive better outcomes
You build durable relationships with internal leaders and external counterparts understanding their motivations and needs, and using these partnerships to shape decisions and accelerate impact
You define the playbook vs relying on others to create it for you
