Qualification
Required
Strong skills in Market Research, Space Acquisition, and Site Assessment
Experience in Business Development, Vendor Management, and Negotiation
Project Management and Budgeting expertise
Proficiency in Property Law, Zoning Regulations, and Legal Compliance
Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple projects within tight timelines
Preferred
Experience in real estate, property management, or a related field is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related domain preferred
