Responsibilities
Own UX and UI design for defined initiatives from concept through delivery
Translate requirements and constraints into user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and development-ready interfaces
Clearly communicate design rationale, tradeoffs, and decisions to designers, engineers, product partners, and stakeholders
Collaborate with senior designers on complex or ambiguous problems and participate actively in design critiques
Apply and help evolve design systems while maintaining strong visual craft, consistency, and brand alignment
Manage multiple priorities while balancing speed, quality, and impact
Proactively communicate progress, risks, and open questions throughout the design process
Stay current on UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices, using feedback to iterate and grow professionally
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience designing UX/UI for web or digital products, supported by a strong portfolio of shipped work
Advanced proficiency in Figma, including components, auto layout, interactive prototyping, and shared libraries
Strong UX fundamentals across user flows, hierarchy, accessibility, interaction patterns, and UI craft
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight while knowing when to seek alignment
Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor design explanations to different audiences
Comfort receiving feedback, engaging in constructive dialogue, and iterating quickly
Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Preferred
Experience with design systems, cross-functional collaboration, research or usability testing, premium consumer-facing products, stakeholder presentations, or basic HTML/CSS and SEO principles is a plus
