Inside Sales Representative - (Pacific or Mountain Time Zones only)
Talentmatics is seeking a passionate and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join their fast-paced sales team. The role involves engaging with decision-makers, managing the sales cycle, and building relationships with clients to meet targets and close deals.
Responsibilities
Engage Decision-Makers: Reach out to General Managers, Controllers, and key stakeholders at auto dealerships to understand their needs and present tailored solutions
Drive Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to closing, working from 80+ leads per month
Communicate Effectively: Conduct daily outbound calls, overcome objections, and build rapport with clients
Upsell & Cross-Sell: Identify additional service opportunities with existing customers
Collaborate Across Teams: Ensure a smooth handoff to internal teams post-sale to maintain a high level of client satisfaction
Stay Organized: Use Salesforce to manage pipeline, log activity, and stay on top of priorities
Qualification
Required
Inside sales or desk-based B2B/B2C sales experience required (insurance, mortgage, credit, etc.)
Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to engage customers professionally and persuasively
Comfortable using CRM tools like Salesforce
Able to work independently in a high-volume environment
