Responsibilities
Lead enterprise IT strategy aligned to business growth and operational excellence
Drive the transformation and implementation of a new ERP platform (NetSuite strongly preferred)
Build, lead, and scale the IT organization
Oversee infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, and end-user support
Partner closely with executive leadership on data-driven decision-making
Manage vendors and programs to deliver results on time and on budget
Qualification
Required
10+ years of progressive IT leadership in manufacturing or industrial environment
Proven success leading ERP implementations (NetSuite a strong plus)
Experience supporting multi-site and/or international operations
Strong leadership, communication, and execution skills
Bachelor's degree required
Preferred
MBA or Master's preferred
NetSuite strongly preferred
