Responsibilities
Lead and grow a team of engineers across full-stack product development (frontend, backend, APIs, infrastructure)
Own delivery of key product initiatives from architecture through production
Partner closely with Product, Design, and Business leaders to translate company strategy into technical execution
Drive best practices around engineering excellence, code quality, testing, security, and performance
Help scale systems to support rapid growth and increasing customer demand
Mentor and develop engineering managers and senior engineers
Influence technical roadmap and long-term platform strategy
Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
10+ years of professional software engineering experience with a strong full-stack background
3–5+ years of experience managing and leading engineering teams
Experience in a B2C product company or startup environment
Proven ability to ship and scale consumer-facing applications
Strong system design and architectural decision-making skills
Comfortable balancing hands-on technical contribution with leadership responsibilities
Experience partnering cross-functionally with Product and Design
Passion for building high-quality, user-centric products
Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to build something meaningful and long-lasting
