Responsibilities
Define, implement, and govern PMO and software delivery methodologies across Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid environments
Design delivery frameworks, execution standards, playbooks, templates, and governance models aligned with PMBOK and Agile best practices
Partner with program leadership, project managers, product owners, Scrum Masters, and engineering teams to ensure consistent delivery outcomes
Serve as Azure DevOps (ADO) Subject Matter Expert, governing work item hierarchy, backlog management, dependency tracking, and reporting
Design and maintain Power BI executive dashboards to track delivery health, predictability, risks, and trends
Define and standardize delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, milestone performance, and resource utilization
Conduct delivery health checks, audits, and governance reviews; identify risks and drive corrective actions
Support program planning, forecasting, release management, and operational transition
Provide hands-on coaching, training, and change management support for delivery practices
Fully document all work including methodologies, designs, diagrams, test plans, impact analysis, and best practices
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in PMO, program delivery, or delivery excellence roles
Deep expertise in PMO methodology and large-scale software delivery
Prior experience establishing methodology for: SAP BRIM implementation
Prior experience establishing methodology for: Microsoft Dynamics implementation
Strong hands-on experience in Agile, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery models
Expert-level experience with Azure DevOps (ADO)
Expert-level experience with Power BI (data modeling, dashboards, executive reporting)
Proven ability to translate complex delivery concepts into actionable guidance for technical and executive stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or equivalent experience
Preferred
Lean Agile, SAFe, or Delivery Excellence certifications
