Experienced Homeowner Association Manager
Executive Management Group, LLC is a full-service HOA management company dedicated to providing exceptional service, compliance, and operational support to homeowner associations. They are seeking an experienced and highly organized HOA Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of homeowner associations.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for HOA board members and residents
Manage daily operations of assigned communities, including inspections, compliance enforcement, and vendor oversight
Prepare and attend Board meetings; draft agendas and meeting minutes
Assist with budget preparation and financial oversight in coordination with accounting
Coordinate maintenance and repair projects with vendors and contractors
Ensure community compliance with governing documents and applicable laws
Respond to homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner
Maintain organized records and documentation for each property
Monitor and support the enforcement of architectural guidelines
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery

Qualification
Required
1+ years of direct experience in HOA or community association management
Strong understanding of CC&Rs, bylaws, and state HOA laws (Colorado experience preferred, if applicable)
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple communities and priorities simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with HOA software preferred
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license required
