They are seeking an Internal Medicine-trained physician to provide comprehensive primary care while integrating sports medicine, metabolic health, and preventive medicine in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
Serve as a primary care provider for an adult patient panel, delivering comprehensive and continuous care
Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop individualized, outcome-driven treatment plans
Manage acute and chronic medical conditions within a modern primary care framework
Perform fluoroscopy-guided injections and procedures (training and credentialing supported as needed)
Integrate sports medicine, regenerative therapies, hormone optimization, and metabolic care into primary care plans
Participate in allergy testing and immunotherapy care protocols
Coordinate care across multidisciplinary providers to ensure seamless patient outcomes
Educate patients on diagnoses, treatment options, preventive strategies, and performance optimization
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
Maintain accurate, compliant medical documentation
Stay current with medical advancements, protocols, and standards of care
Participate in clinical research initiatives when applicable
Qualification
Required
MD or DO from an accredited medical school
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine (Required)
Active New Jersey medical license (or eligibility to obtain)
Experience or strong interest in providing longitudinal primary care
Strong foundation in physiology, endocrinology, and patient-centered care
Clinical experience in a patient-facing setting
Experience with or willingness to train in fluoroscopy-guided procedures
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment
Entrepreneurial mindset with commitment to long-term patient outcomes
Comfortable practicing in both insured and cash-based care models
Preferred
Familiarity with allergy testing/immunotherapy and PTSD care protocols is a plus
