Develop and implement the General Line marketing plan and sales forecasts
Prepare and manage budgets
Direct the development and implementation of construction sales policies
Travel is required for training and/or to assist at other locations
Qualification
Required
5+ experience in sales or sales management
Ability to positively motivate and manage others
Strong knowledge of construction industry
Experience in inventory control, forecasting, ordering and terms management
Strong computer skills
Excellent customer relations and communication skills
Ability to drive and valid driver's license required
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business or related field
Previous experience in heavy equipment sales
