Responsibilities
Lead client engagements which include Marketing Process Design using technology, data and AI
Use Marketing Process Design expertise to enhance marketing ecosystems including backend technology
Serve as a leader and key team member in client projects and support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely execution of project deliverables
Supervise staff level engagement teams in the field
Review the work product of team members and provide direction and training as necessary
Provide input into engagement decisions including work plan and timeline, project management, resource allocation and career development of staff members
Qualification
Required
A minimum of five years of management consulting experience in customer strategy and customer transformation related to improving data and tools around Marketing Process Design
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; advanced degree from an accredited college/university preferred
Deep advisory experience in Customer Engagement including marketing strategy and execution, market trends strategy, optimizing marketing process, and program implementation
Strong background in Marketing Process Design, Marketing Technology Enablement, Marketing Operating Model design, and workflow management
Excellent written and verbal communication, facilitation, and presentation skills
May travel frequently during engagement life-cycle
