BusPatrol is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Professional to join our growing Finance team. This role will play a critical part in strengthening our accounting operations, driving process improvements, and supporting strategic financial decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities

Management of Software Capitalization process including obtaining inputs from software engineers to conduct monthly analyses and complete month end close tasks
Share results with management team and work with team members to build upon current process
Lead coordination efforts with international third party vendor who is responsible for accounting for newly established Indian legal entity
Assist in defining new processes, establishing controls, and integrating processes within management framework
Compile weekly cash flow projections and monthly cash flow statements
Complete monthly analyses over defined areas to gain better insights and assist in operational decision making
Assist in implementing process enhancements and improvements within our business processes including within our ERP system, NetSuite
Support in the coordination of the annual financial statement audits
Develop and foster positive relationships with all functional teams and leaders within the organization

BA/BS in AccountingCPA licenseBig 4 Public accounting experienceNetSuiteMicrosoft OfficeFinancial system implementationCross-functional collaborationCreative thinkingSelf-motivation

Required

BA/BS in Accounting required
CPA license required
Big 4 Public accounting experience required of 3+ years
At least 4+ years of work experience in finance and accounting – Some preferred within growing, fast-paced organizations
Proficiency in accounting systems (NetSuite preferred)
Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite (in particular MS Excel, Teams, and SharePoint)
