System Engineer
RAZOR is seeking an entry-level System Engineer to provide systems engineering support across mission-critical government programs. The role involves assisting with systems design, documentation, and integration activities while working closely with senior engineers to support complex, multi-domain mission environments.

Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of systems engineering documentation such as System Engineering Plans, Initial Capabilities Documents, Requirement Specifications, and Interface Control Documents
Support management of system requirements and derived requirements to ensure compatibility with defined architectures (e.g., DoDAF, SOA)
Assist in developing and allocating system and functional requirements across hardware, software, facility, and personnel components
Support system architecture and design documentation under senior engineering guidance
Coordinate the resolution of Configuration Control Board (CCB) action items and design/test review issues requiring cross-discipline collaboration
Assist in preparing or maintaining System Engineering Management Plans (SEMPs) and System Integration & Test Plans
Participate in design reviews, program reviews, and test activities across integrated engineering teams
Contribute to documentation and communication of engineering results to government customers and senior technical staff
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or a related discipline from an accredited college or university
Five (5) years of additional SE experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree
Active Secret clearance (minimum) — TS/SCI strongly preferred
U.S. Citizens Only — No dual citizenship permitted
Onsite in secure government facility (SCIF) — Maryland area
No prior experience required
