Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and organize project documents, meeting minutes, and action items
Coordinate meetings, communicate status updates, and facilitate information flow between team members and stakeholders
Monitor project progress, track milestones, tasks, and deliverables
Collect and analyze project data, helping prepare reports and summaries for management
Support in tracking resource allocation and availability
Qualification
Required
Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and student must be pursuing a Bachelor's or advanced degree in an applicable discipline
U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Proficient knowledge using Microsoft Office products
