Responsibilities
Partner with the Direct Mail Team and agency partners to brainstorm, coordinate, and execute creative concepts and assets for monthly campaigns
Route Direct Mail assets and digital marketing assets through internal approval cycles, ensuring all feedback is captured and implemented
Organize and track the status of 60+ creative assets (print or digital) across various product lines to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Act as a point of contact for Web Services and Compliance teams to assist in the setup of monthly digital marketing assets or web content
Keep the Creative Testing Roadmap updated with the latest data and upcoming test dates
Assist in the preparation and logistics for creative presentation meetings with our agency partners
Qualification
Required
2+ years of experience as a Project Manager
BA/BS degree with 2–3 years of professional experience in Direct Mail, Digital Marketing, and Creative Asset Coordination
Financial Services experience
Experience with creative marketing workflows, digital asset and web content coordination
Excellent proofreading skills
Excellent communication and creative collaboration skills to keep cross-functional teams (Compliance, Web, Product) aligned
Experience with Google Suite (Sheets, Docs, Slides)
