Responsibilities

Prospect and Develop New Business: Engage potential Clients through HALO developed leads, networking, and digital outreach
Consultative Selling: You will be selling HALO solutions at a strategic level. The business will transition to account management teams as you return to the next deal
Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools; track progress and forecast accurately
Proposal Development: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to decision-makers
Market Intelligence: Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging promotional product innovations
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (design, sourcing, production) to ensure seamless execution of client projects
Revenue Targets: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals
Travel: up to 25%

Qualification

Required

5+ years in B2B solution sales, preferably in specific industries like technology, retail, etc. Promotional products, marketing, or branding solutions is an advantage
Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Self-starter with a hunter mentality and a passion for driving new business
Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
