Responsibilities
Manage commercial roofing projects from award through final completion
Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and profitability
Lead and mentor Project Managers, Assistant PMs, and field teams as needed
Coordinate with estimating during project handoff and pre-construction
Negotiate contracts, change orders, and resolve scope issues
Maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, and subcontractors
Conduct project meetings, site visits, and progress reviews
Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and quality expectations
Track and report project performance, costs, and forecasts to leadership
Qualification
Required
7+ years of experience in commercial roofing project management
Strong understanding of commercial roofing systems and installation methods
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Experience overseeing project budgets, scheduling, and financial reporting
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency with project management software (e.g., Procore, OST, or similar)
Valid driver's license; ability to travel to job sites as needed
Preferred
Experience working in the Pacific Northwest
Background managing projects $2M+
Leadership or mentorship experience
