This role involves providing administrative and program support to compliance, finance, and accounting functions related to Low-Income Housing Tax Credits and multifamily bond programs.

Responsibilities
Support Multifamily Finance staff with the scheduling and coordination of audits, preparation of audit correspondence, and tracking of compliance deadlines
Assist with invoicing and fee collection in coordination with the Accounting Department
Provide communication support to property owners, managers, and internal stakeholders
Maintain project files and documentation for allocation, compliance, and bond programs, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and properly organized within electronic systems
Prepare and distribute correspondence, proofreading legal and public-facing documents
Assist with Board packet materials, supporting compliance trainings, responding to GRAMA requests, assisting with Pre-8609 inspections, providing scheduling support for multifamily meetings and initiatives, completing approved continuing education, and performing other duties and special projects as assigned
Qualification
Required
High school diploma
Minimum of three years of administrative support experience
Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
Strong organizational skills
Strong communication skills
Strong time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Ability to adapt to changing needs
Preferred
Associate degree
