Responsibilities

Lead Digital Growth & Acquisition Strategy
Own and drive an integrated digital growth strategy aligned to enterprise and divisional goals, balancing brand impact with measurable acquisition and engagement outcomes
Optimize performance across channels using data, AI, and audience insights to continuously improve efficiency, reach, and conversion
Partner with Divisional Marketing & Sales
Serve as a trusted enterprise partner to divisional marketing teams, helping identify, prioritize, and advance growth opportunities aligned to business needs
Use data insights to advise recommendations, support enablement efforts, and improve divisional marketing effectiveness over time
Plan, Implement, and Optimize Campaigns
Lead multi-channel campaign planning and execution with clear performance goals, metrics, and accountability for outcomes
Foster a test-and-learn approach that uses experimentation, personalization, and optimization to improve results and decision-making
Lead Cross-Functional Collaboration
Partner across Corporate Marketing (creative, enablement, analytics) and with teams across the enterprise (technology, UX, division marketing, product) to deliver cohesive, scalable growth initiatives
Represent Growth & Acquisition in planning and governance forums, aligning priorities and dependencies across teams
Measurement, Reporting & Executive Influence
Translate performance data into clear insights and growth recommendations for senior leadership, tying marketing activity to business impact where appropriate
Establish responsible measurement, reporting, and planning practices that support informed decisions, investment tradeoffs, and compliance standards

Required

12+ years of experience in digital marketing, growth, or demand generation leadership required
Proven success driving acquisition, conversion, and pipeline outcomes
Deep understanding of paid media, SEO/SEM, email, automation, and analytics
Strong data fluency and comfort owning performance metrics
Experience partnering cross-functionally with sales, product, brand, and analytics teams
Ability to balance strategic vision with hands-on execution
Executive-level communication and influence skills
Experience applying AI and advanced analytics to growth marketing
High school diploma required

Preferred

Experience in financial services, insurance, or other regulated environments preferred
Familiarity with marketing tech stacks (CRM, CMS, DAM, automation platforms) a plus
Experience working in a matrixed, enterprise organization preferred
College degree preferred
