Responsibilities
Write complex, performant SQL queries and stored procedures to support reporting, analytics, and operational workflows
Build and maintain ETL processes and data pipelines across clinical, financial, and payer data sources
Develop reports and data extracts for payer requirements, quality measures , and risk adjustment programs
Translate business questions into data solutions: work directly with clinical and operations leadership to understand needs and deliver results
Identify root causes of data quality issues and implement fixes
Mentor junior team members and establish best practices for SQL development
Qualification
Required
7+ years of hands-on experience writing complex T-SQL in Microsoft SQL Server environments required
Proven ability to work with large healthcare datasets and deliver clean, reliable outputs
Deep understanding of query optimization and performance tuning. Healthcare experience required
Comfortable with claims, eligibility, risk adjustment, quality measures, or similar healthcare data
Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities, and communicate effectively with non-technical stakeholders
Preferred
Preferred Python for data processing, automation, or analytics
Preferred DBT or modern analytics engineering workflows
Preferred AWS cloud data platform experience
