New Grad, Entry LevelS&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking an Analyst for their Technology, Media & Telecommunications product support team. The Analyst will handle client support questions and work with internal teams to meet client needs, providing exceptional customer service and becoming a subject matter expert on S&P Global's TMT product offerings.

Responsibilities
Handling client support questions over phone, email, and chat
Working with other internal teams to help clients get custom templates and meet research needs
Occasionally producing client-facing webinars
Providing exceptional customer service while showcasing vast knowledge about S&P Global Market Intelligence tools, data, and industries covered
Answering incoming client questions and responding to requests
Striving to offer guidance and additional perspective to help clients maximize their use of the product suite
Learning various datasets within CIQ Pro and 451 Research platforms while taking on additional responsibilities
Working with internal research and editorial teams
Producing client training webinars on various TMT sector topics
Working with internal modelling team to add value to excel templates
Qualification
Required
Strong problem solving/critical thinking skills
Passion for client support
Attention to detail and ability to multi-task
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to quickly learn new datasets, products and workflows
