Editing, proofreading, and finalizing documents
Setting up and maintaining all files for assigned projects
Processing purchase orders
Handling and processing of closeout O&M manuals
Handling miscellaneous tasks and projects
Attend monthly department meetings at the main office
Coverage of front desk and switchboard as needed
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
3+ years of prior work experience in the construction industry, engineering, architecture, or related business fields
Accurate typing 60-65 WPM minimum
Proficient in Windows, Word, Excel, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook
Excellent analytical, verbal, and written skills
Excellent organizational skills and demonstrated attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize duties efficiently
Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently
Ability to work within established policies, procedures, and examples
Ability to work under pressure with a variety of different personality types
Reliability, dependability, and flexibility a must
Preferred
At least 3 years of prior work experience in the construction industry, engineering, architecture, or related business fields preferred
Working knowledge of Procore, Sage Timberline software, FTP sites and DocuSign preferred
