Responsibilities
Collaborate with the Guest, Project Designers, and the Production Team to make design decisions and transform the Guest’s vision into reality in their Airstream travel trailer
Build custom cabinetry in units according to specifications
Work efficiently and collaboratively to ensure all deadlines are met
Use all basic hand tools safely and competently
Perform basic maintenance and upkeep on woodworking tools and machinery
Efficient use of a sliding table saw as well as standard table saws
Operate an edge bander, drill press, band saw, router table, etc
Read and interpret design drawings and production documents
Cut and assemble custom cabinetry, install door and drawer fronts, and mill and sand custom molding packages
May cross train to perform other duties

18 years or older
Preferred
Minimum of 5 years of laminate cabinetry experience is preferred
Solid surface countertop experience, a plus
Previous experience reading and interpreting design drawings and production documents
Previous experience with RVs a plus
High School diploma preferred
