Responsibilities
Partner with the VP, Wealth Consulting in achieving Assets Under Management (AUM) growth, increased GDR and increased number of financial professionals active on the Investment platform
Work with the VP, Wealth Consultant to increase Financial Planning production
Provide support and participate in coaching at the local level to strengthen and enhance the financial professionals’ skills and elevate the investment and financial planning knowledge of field leadership
Source and deliver product information, competitive data, and provide technical guidance to financial professionals and field leadership
Interact with financial professionals through individual face to face meetings and virtual large group and small group sessions
Collaborate with the Advisor Services product management team and with Learning and Business Consulting to drive results, increase technology adoption and share uncovered training needs
Ensure all materials, concepts and ideas delivered are compliance approved
Qualification
Required
High motivation and energy with the ability to drive production, AUM and revenue objectives collaboratively and autonomously
A broad and comprehensive knowledge of the Investment business, including an understanding of the sales process and ongoing activity pertaining to maintain and growing AUM
Excellent communication skills
Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
Familiarity with tools such as e-Money, Nitrogen, Morningstar Analytics etc
Solid understanding of compliance
Series 7 & 65 or 66 within 90 days and prior investment or wholesaler experience a plus
Preferred
Industry recognized designations such as ChFC, CFP are highly desirable
