They are seeking an Information Technology Intern to assist with functional team duties, help desk tickets, and desktop support while learning about the IT processes and systems used within the department.

Responsibilities

Assist in functional team duties, including systems integration design, vendor software setup and configuration, application and technology research
Assignment and completion of help desk tickets
End user desktop support
Application installation and troubleshooting
Office 365 setup and administration
Windows Server administration
Network infrastructure configuration / troubleshooting (switching / routing)
Assist in PC refresh project and Microsoft Teams phone system rollout

Required

A current undergraduate student who is able to work full-time in person during the semester
A current university student enrolled in a degree seeking program studying Computer Science, Information Systems or another business-related field with a minimum GPA of 3.0

Ability to work independently, with direction and guidance, and on a team (as needed)
Excellent organizational skills with proven ability to balance multiple priorities at once
