Board Certified Behavior Analyst
Kids Club ABA is seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve as their Quality Assurance Lead. This leadership-focused clinical role involves overseeing clinical quality across all cases and ensuring that treatment plans meet the highest standards of care and compliance.
Responsibilities
Review and approve all assessments, treatment plans, progress reports, and reauthorizations
Ensure goals are individualized, measurable, and data-driven
Maintain clinical quality standards in alignment with BACB, state, and payer requirements
Conduct regular audits of treatment plans, documentation, and clinical files
Identify gaps in programming and provide corrective guidance
Provide clinical feedback and mentorship to BCBAs and clinical staff
Support onboarding and training related to documentation and quality standards
Track outcomes and collaborate with leadership on quality improvement initiatives
Serve as a clinical resource for complex cases
Qualification
Required
Active BCBA certification in good standing
Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
3+ years of ABA clinical experience
Proven experience in Quality Assurance (QA)
Strong experience writing and reviewing treatment plans
Required experience with CentralReach
Deep understanding of insurance authorization and medical necessity
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Strong communication and leadership abilities
Preferred
Experience with Monday.com and Brellium
Prior QA, Lead BCBA, or Clinical Director experience
Experience in multi-location or growing organizations
