Responsibilities

The 60-Second Rule: Answer inbound calls immediately and respond to form submissions/Facebook leads within 1 minute
Multi-Screen Management : Navigate Monday.com (task management), HighLevel (CRM & automation), and JustCall (inbound phone system) simultaneously across multiple monitors
The Prequalifier: Use our structured scripts to identify if a lead is a 'Qualified Opportunity' for our commercial/residential roofers and general contractors
The Warm Handoff: You warm transfer to our clients' sales teams. During this transfer, you give them a complete overview of the lead and their needs. If they aren't available, you schedule the lead on their calendar
Data Integrity: Update pipelines and opportunity notes in HighLevel with 100% accuracy so no lead ever falls through the cracks

Required

2+ Years Call Center Experience: You know how to manage a high volume of calls without losing your 'customer-first' smile
CRM Native: You're comfortable with automation tools. Previous experience with HighLevel is a plus
Communication: Ability to follow a structured script while sounding natural and authoritative
Sales Mindset: Experience in pre-qualifying leads and scheduling (warm transfer or calendar)
Objections: You can handle light objection handling with confidence and maintain control of the conversation
Presence: You are comfortable being featured in our social media content and team videos
