Responsibilities
Develop and implement quality tools, processes, and systems for manufacturing and warehouse operations
Drive continuous improvement initiatives across all quality functions to optimize resources
Customer Quality: Manage customer-facing quality programs and aftermarket service to ensure exceptional service and timely issue resolution
Product Quality: Oversee product quality for current and future production lines; support ramp-up from 2 of 5 lines to full capacity within planned timelines
Supplier Quality: Ensure supplier compliance with quality standards; collaborate with procurement and production teams to maintain consistency
Partner closely with manufacturing teams to uphold high standards during production scale-up
Deploy quality inspectors based on production line requirements
Monitor and improve team processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Management, or related field
10+ years of experience in manufacturing quality management
Proven track record in production ramp-up and quality systems development
Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
Knowledge of ISO standards and quality management systems
Preferred
Advanced degree or certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ CQE)
Experience in EV battery or automotive manufacturing
Familiarity with supplier quality management and global supply chains
