Desktop Support Technician
Staffing Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Technician to provide high-level support in a fast-paced onsite environment. This role focuses on hands-on support for devices such as iPhones, iPads, laptops, and desktops, primarily catering to executive-level users.

Responsibilities
Provide white-glove support to executives and end users
Deploy, support, and troubleshoot:
Desktops, laptops, iPhones, iPads, printers, and peripherals
Configure and manage devices using:
Intune, MECM/SCCM, AirWatch
Build and maintain gold images
Package and deploy applications
Support Windows administration and Active Directory
Document work accurately in ITSM tools
Clearly communicate technical information to users of all skill levels
Support applications including Office 365, Outlook, browsers, VPN, CRM, and presentation tools
Qualification
Required
2+ years of device support (desktops, laptops, mobile devices)
4+ years of total IT support if no degree
Help Desk → Device Support progression acceptable
Experience supporting Windows desktops/laptops
Experience supporting iPhones and iPads
Experience working in fast-paced support environments
Ability to consistently meet service goals
Onsite only (no remote/hybrid)
Strict business professional dress code (tie required daily)
Polished, executive-facing demeanor
Able to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred
Active Directory experience preferred
